Payment Terms
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card. Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive. 

It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address is entered during the registration process.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the course Secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu. 
Cancellations postmarked before and on 1 April 2024 will be refunded, deducting administration costs of 250 DKK. After 1 April 2024 registration fees are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the course is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the course.
 

Sharing of contact details
The Nordic Course on Laser Dermatology (NCLD) 2024 Course Organiser will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by NCLD only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the registration, monitoring of attendance for certificates, as well as information about NCLD Course.
Each participant receives a name badge carrying the family name and the first name of the participant.
